Health & Safety Requirement

The Petroleum Commission is committed to ensuring a conducive and safe environment for all participants at the 2023 LCCE. Each participant is responsible for his or her own health and wellbeing while at the event.

1. All participants shall present the 2023 Local Content Delegate Pass before making an entry into the conference.
a) All participants shall ensure that their conference passes/tags are visible.
b) Pass holders must not allow their identification passes to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the pass holder and the ‘impersonator’ being removed from the Event.

2. An ambulance and medical team will be on site to assist participants who may feel unwell and to manage any medical situations that may arise during the Conference.

3. Participants are encouraged to sanitise/wash hands at stationed dispensers and sinks respectively.

4. Participants may not endanger other participants by their actions.

5. Participants are encouraged to avoid overcrowding at a location.

6. Smoking is prohibited indoors. However, designated smoking areas will be provided for use during the Conference.

7. Petroleum Commission staff will be available for any assistance required.
